In its third year the conference analysed the factors affecting the industry from technical, economic and diplomatic standpoints, with Funke Adekoya SAN delivering the keynote. Sessions covered the impact of the One Belt One Road initiative on the Middle East and Africa and energy poverty in energy-rich countries, with particular attention to East Africa.
