6th Annual Conference on Energy Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

The sixth annual conference welcomed over one hundred in-person attendees from across the world, including representatives from government, legal practice, industry, diplomacy and academia. Keynote addresses were delivered by Lise Bosman, Executive Director of ICCA and Senior Legal Counsel at the Permanent Court of Arbitration, and Craig Tevendale, Partner and Head of Energy Group UK at Herbert Smith Freehills, alongside more than thirty speakers. Key themes included the ongoing implications of the energy transition, infrastructure development and transboundary issues, and renewed efforts to implement dispute-avoidance measures.
